Since I got into beer I wanted to try my hand at making it myself (you may sense that's a theme). My first venture into brewing was actually making mead in a closet senior year of college with a close friend of mine. From there, I've expanded into beer, kombucha, and hard seltzer, as well as kegged cocktails that I serve on my draft system at home.

I have countless things on my list to brew but at the top is a kombucha-beer, which I'd like to brew for summer, as well as a kriek beer and trying out a berliner weisse again, hopefully this time to better results.
